Blogging Story: Tiffany LeFever
By BWA Staff
This blogging story comes to us from Tiffany LeFever of elleELLEeye.
Take any bored and creative person, stick them in a room with a laptop, and what do you get? The answer to that is endless, but for me it sparked my love to dream, reminded me that I live to create, and ignited my hope to inspire. Writing has always been a passion of mine since I was ten-years-old. It was my form of expression; if I was too timid to tell you off by mouth, I always had the right words when it came to a pen and paper.
I’ve always dreamed of having my own magazine, and even researched the process print publication while I was still in high school. The premise of that magazine was to be for people with a dream to be featured with the person that inspired them most. The words “Love, Live, Inspire” stuck with me throughout this process; even literally as I got a tattoo of them on my shoulder. In the mood of feeling quite defeated of not landing my “dream job” at a major magazine post-college graduation, I put that energy into my own blog (June 25, 2009); loveliveinspire.blogspot.com which within 24 hours was changed to elleELLEeye.blogspot.com.
Blogging has brought reassurance to my life. Blogging has solidified my thoughts that nothing is beyond me. Blogging brings me joy. When one blogs about an up and coming artist who thinks that your blog is bomb, that’s inspiration to keep blogging because you’re getting one step closer to your dream; while helping others do the same. Blogging is writing, and writing is my vice and my virtue.
