Create the new Black Weblog Awards theme and you could win an iPod!The Black Weblog Awards is looking for a new theme for 2008, and your entry could be the winning one! The grand prize winner of our theme contest will have their creation used as the theme for the 2008 Black Weblog Awards and will win an 80GB iPod Classic from Apple, Inc.!

CONTEST RULES:All eligible entries should include the following:
- a logo (.psd, .ai or .eps format)
- a slogan (ten words or less; nothing derogatory or profane)
- a brief explanation of the theme (100 words or less)
Submit this in a compressed file (.zip, .rar or .sit) and title it with your name and “2008 BWA Theme” and send it to contest@blackweblogawards.com. Please include your slogan and explanation as documents in the compressed file, not in the body of the e-mail (entries that don’t follow this format will be ineligible).
Please submit only one entry per household.

By entering the 2008 Black Weblog Awards contest, the winner consents without limitation and without receiving additional compensation, to the use of his/her name, logo, slogan and explanation by the Black Weblog Awards for advertising purposes in all print, electronic or broadcast media.
The Black Weblog Awards, in its role in provisioning prizes, permits no alternative prize or other substitution in its sole discretion except in the event of prize unavailability.
The winner will be required to verify their address, which must be done within 48 hours of the winning announcement. If the winner is a minor, the prize will be awarded in the name of winner’s parent or legal guardian. The Black Weblog Awards shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners or for any late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts of a winner who is a minor to provide signed guardian consent. Failure of the winner to verify their address and notify the Black Weblog Awards within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. If the package is returned to the Black Weblog Awards or its agent due to errors in address provided by the entrant, it will result in forfeiture of the prize by the potential winner. The winner’s entry will still be used, and the prize will be donated to a charity of the Black Weblog Awards’ choice.
The Black Weblog Awards and its agencies assume no responsibility for lost, misdirected, or late entries or by any human or mechanical error, which may occur in the processing of the entries in this contest. The Black Weblog Awards may prohibit an entrant from participating in the contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or the Black Weblog Awards and their representatives. If for any reason this contest is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, conduct of the promotion, then the Black Weblog Awards reserves the right, at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest.
