Black Weblog Awards Site Restored

Our hosting company had a bit of unscheduled downtime, so the Black Weblog Awards site and nomination form wasn't available for a few hours this afternoon. If you weren't able to get on and nominate earlier, try now; service has been restored. Thanks!
