How Do I Nominate A Blog? How Do I Vote For A Blog?

This is one of the top questions we receive every year, so we're going to show you the many ways you can nominate a blog and vote for a blog.
OPTION 1: Go to the Black Weblog Awards website (http://blackweblogawards.com) and click on the "Enter Today!" button at the top of every page.
OPTION 2: Go to the Black Weblog Awards website (http://blackweblogawards.com) and click on the "Enter Today!" link at the bottom of every page.
OPTION 3: If you're on Facebook, go to our Facebook page (http://facebook.com/blackweblogawards) and click on the bit.ly link right under the profile picture on the page.
OPTION 4: If you're on Facebook, go to our Facebook page (http://facebook.com/blackweblogawards) and click on the voting graphic in the left column on the page.
OPTION 5: If you are on Twitter, go to our Twitter profile (http://twitter.com/blkweblogawards) and click on the bit.ly link in our Bio.
OPTION 6: From any web browser, desktop or mobile, type in http://vote.blackweblogawards.com.
The verbiage and graphics for some of these options may change, but while the Black Weblog Awards are active (June 1 - August 31), these locations and URLs are still valid. Hopefully, this will clear up any confusion. Any future inquiries which match the title of this post will be given this link. Easy and simple.

Question about nomination - how exactly does it work? Is it that the blogs that get the most nominations in a category are short-listed and then when voting starts whoever has the most votes wins?
